Glasswall renews partnership with Orange County SC

Glasswall is delighted to announce that we have renewed our partnership with Orange County Soccer Club as they kick-off their new campaign as defending USL Champions. In a dramatic finale last year, the team put together a run of season-defining victories followed by two penalty shoot-out wins in the playoffs which took them to a nationally-televised final against the strongly fancied Tampa Bay Rowdies. But with Haitian goalscoring sensation Ronaldo Damus hitting two goals in the first half, followed by a stunning freekick from Finland’s Mikko Kuningas, Orange County proved too strong and lifted their first USL Championship. Since then, the team has been busy in their off-season, signing a number of new players with MLS and international experience to strengthen a squad determined to defend its title in 2022. They’re already off to a successful start with a 2-1 home opener victory against RGV Toros in front of a record crowd. “Renewing our partnership with Glasswall is great news for the team and entire Orange County Soccer organization,” commented Dan Rutstein, SVP of International at OCSC. “Our success last season is testament to the hard work of a great many people, and also the support of our partners – we look forward to another exciting campaign ahead.
