Processed files
We've redesigned the Processed Files page for greater intuitiveness. User consultations have ensured the data clearly explains file actions and upcoming enhancements include improved filtering, search, and export features to streamline your workflow.
Policy settings
Our Policy settings page helps users reduce risk while supporting daily business needs. Usability testing has refined the language, eliminating the need for documentation to navigate these settings effectively.
Glasswall Meteor
Our easy-to-install desktop application, Glasswall Meteor, has also seen enhancements following usability testing.
Welcome page
We introduced a new feature that allows files to be cleaned by syncing folders, automatically processing files as they are added. To ensure users are aware of this feature and the two methods for protecting files, we added a Welcome page to the user interface. Research showed that users understood the purpose of this page, with one user describing the sync setup process as "easy to understand and intuitive."
View results
We've enhanced our messaging for unprocessed files, offering insights and actionable information to our users. Sometimes, files cannot be processed for various reasons, many of which users can address. Research revealed that users want to understand these reasons, so we've refined our messages to be more informative and helpful.
